Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- If an item is not in stock, it may need to be ordered, which can extend processing time to 3–7 business days.
- Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.
U.S. Shipping
- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout: $15 flat rate.
- Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $400
- Once shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.
International Shipping
International shipping is available at a flat rate of $40.
Please note: Braided wigs are not eligible for international shipping.

- Local pickup is available for select items.
- If you need your order ASAP, please confirm availability before placing your order.
- Many items may need to be ordered before they are available for pickup.
Custom Bulk Braiding Hair (Custom Colored) – Shipping Policy
- All custom-colored bulk hair requires 3–4 business days for color processing before shipping.
- Once shipped (U.S. orders), please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.
- Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $400.
- Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match. Orders with mismatched information may be delayed.
